Established in March, 1999. A style of binding was changed from this issue. Members had had the huge job of asking several bookstores to put NNH on sale, and that increased the readership of NNH little by little. The cover was by Ryoji Shibasaki. His established and poetic representation was impressive even though he was a just common university student and the only one who was not doing the drawing technically in NNH members. The guest of NOU HAU TALK was Meywa Denki. For this interview, Dai Okazaki contacted Meywa Denki after a long time. Interestingly, Dai was asked for appearance on TV program " Takeshi no Dare demo Picasso" by MD, that made "Smelly" famous in succeeding years. The price was 320yen.
