Published in May, 1999.The cover was Smelly. When this issue was released, Smelly was just becoming a hot topic on the TV program "Takeshi no Dare demo Picasso", that made it have a good sales, and also let members feel that the media had huge influence. But, in the fact, the real reason why it was sold well was probably that the star artist, IMAITOONZ joined NNH...[Laughs]. Anyway, his participation was such a happy occasion. "OBA-CHASE1999" by Hattori was remade by himself in the magazine "MANSEN SPIRITS" 4 years after. From this issue, Dai Okazaki started "Smelly" series which was so brutal and completely opposite from the comical performance played on the stage. The guest of NOU HAU TALK was...can you believe it? Kenji Otsuki!! How lucky we were as Koenji people to have a chance to listen his thoughtful speech. The price was 320yen.
